These Terms govern your use of the Oneflare POS platform. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these conditions.
Our Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
To use Oneflare POS, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Own a legal business.
- Be legally authorized to act on behalf of a registered or operating business.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity carried out under your account, including that of staff members you authorize.
3. Subscription & Payment
Access to Oneflare POS is based on:
- A monthly or annual subscription.
- All fees must be paid in full and on time to avoid service interruption.
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Introduce malicious software or harm platform integrity.
- Access or manipulate data you are not authorized to access.
- Resell or reproduce any part of the software without written consent.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime; however, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. Oneflare Tech is not liable for temporary service interruptions.
6. Integrations & Third-Party Services
You may:
- Integrate your account with third-party tools (e.g., Facebook Pages, payment gateways).
- Manage and authorize these connections, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate any part of these Terms.
- Use the service in a harmful or abusive way.
- Fail to make required subscription payments.
- You may also cancel your account at any time, which may result in permanent deletion of all associated data.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, content, and documentation associated with Oneflare POS are the property of Oneflare Tech Solutions Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without prior written authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Oneflare Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your subscription in the past 60 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
